RULES FOR VISITORS

Save yourself inconveniences at the entrance. Here's a list of things to leave at home when visiting the Indonesian Grand Prix. What can you bring, and what is forbidden?

WHAT CAN'T BE TAKEN?

  • The following items are not permitted in the event and may be confiscated or result in ejection from the venue:
  • Non-authorized professional recording equipment (professional cameras, video recording devices, and audio recording devices, including ‘GoPro’ style devices and tablets) for unauthorised individuals/journalists without an accredited badge.
  • Cigarettes must be in their original sealed packaging, with only one pack allowed. Unsealed cigarettes are not permitted.
  • Liquid vape, heated tobacco, and electronic cigarette products.
  • Liquids, alcohol, and banned substances, including outside food and drink.
  • Pyrotechnic items or explosives, including fireworks, candles, and lighters.
  • Flammable materials, including alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, pressurised substances, or cologne.
  • Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to sports items, weapons, knives, guns, laser devices, iron bars, wooden bars, sharp objects or materials, helmets, metal/plastic knuckles, self-defence sprays (tear gas, pepper spray), stun guns, or any electric shock devices.
  • Suspicious objects that could be used as weapons or projectiles, including tools, chemicals, suspicious powders, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and other poles or tripods.
  • All luggage, backpacks, tote bags, and other bags exceeding 40 cm x 40 cm.
  • Banners, flags, posters, and other items larger than A4 size.

WHAT CAN YOU BRING ALONG WITH YOU?

  • Visitors are allowed to bring in only small quantities of food and beverages intended for personal consumption, such as a bottle, sandwich, piece of fruit, or snack. For safety reasons, authorities may require that bottles be brought in without caps. Numerous food and drink purchase points are available at the stands.
  • Sun umbrellas and camping chairs - this applies to general admission only and under the condition you don't obstruct anyone's view with your equipment.
  • You can take photos and videos on the circuit. However, you are not allowed to use professional equipment such as a large professional camera and as such. Entry with cameras or video cameras featuring lenses longer than 200mm (fixed or removable) is prohibited, as well as any equipment for recording video, images, or sound, except for personal use. Additionally, tripods are not permitted.
  • Feel free to bring your helmet to the stand, though please note that there is no designated storage area for helmets. Alternatively, Moto Clube de Mandalika provides a helmet storage service near the Circuit Shop. Please be aware that this service, including its cost and conditions, is managed entirely by Moto Clube de Mandalika.
